If you like billiards, the game room has a brand new table
with a flat screen TV mounted above, so you won't miss
your favorite Telly program.

The
Community of Tuscan Hills.......
Tuscan
Hills is an intimate community that evokes a Mediterranean
flavor with its red tiled roofs and cobblestoned
streets. It is a peaceful and relaxing short walk
to the European-style clubhouse with its well
thought-out activities for both young and old.
The location is extremely convenient. North half
a mile on Hwy 27 takes you to Hwy 192, which is
one way to shops, restaurants, and attractions
like Disney. If it's a quick stop at a Walmart
you need to buy that swimsuit you forgot, follow
Hwy 27 north of Tuscan Hills a couple of miles
and its on your right, just past Hwy 192.
From Tuscan Hills on Florence Villa Drive, go
south for half a mile on Hwy 27 to Sand Mine Road
and you're at a mall with a Publix grocery store.
Here you will find a delightful pick of restaurants,
both eat-ins and take-outs. Choices run from Fish
& Chips-British style, Indian quisin, Italian
Pizza, Japanese, American, Quiznos, Applebees,
and more- all good and all handy after a long
day.
Continue further south a couple of miles and you
are at Ronald Reagon Parkway, Cty Rd 54. A left
turn takes you to Champion's Gate and to Reunion,
a Greg Norman-inspired golf community with a 5
star resort and restaurant. Interstate 4 meets
you here and is the gateway to any Orlando attraction-or
shopping mall for those in need of a retail fix.
For those golfers still in search of a challenge,
Tuscan Hills is within 10-15 minutes of 7 of the

Scheduled to open in 2008 at the junction of I4
and Hwy27, is the Posner Mall with retail, cinemas,
and more dining. All this just south of the truly
Lucky Bamboo. From this location you are about
an hour in either direction to beaches; there's
Clearwater Beach on the Gulf coast, and on the
Atlantic coast is Cocoa Beach with Cape Canaveral
close by. Remember, Disney is only 10 to 12 minutes
away.
The entire family has something to suit them.
